CORNED BEEF DIP 
1 pt. sour cream
1 pt. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. dill seed
2 tbsp. minced onions
1 can corned beef
1 lg. unsliced rye bread loaf

Chop up corned beef (as you would tuna fish) in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients (except rye bread) and mix well. Cut and hollow out rye bread to form a deep well in the loaf. Spoon mixture into hollowed out rye bread loaf. Slice remaining rye bread into 1 inch chunks and serve on platter surrounding the rye bread filled with corned beef dip.
