ZUCCHINI QUICHE 
4 eggs, well beaten
4 to 5 cans of sliced zucchini
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 onion, minced
1/2 c. oil
1 c. Bisquick
A little salt & pepper

Mix well and put into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
