APPLE CRANBERRY CRISP | |
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour, divided 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 (25 oz.) jar Musselman's Apple Cranberry Fruit n Sauce 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. butter, softened 3/4 c. reg. oats, uncooked 3/4 c. chopped pecans Combine 2 tablespoons flour, sugar and cinnamon. Mix with fruit. Pour into 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine remaining 1/2 cup flour and brown sugar in a medium mixing bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add oats and pecans. Mix well. Sprinkle evenly over fruit mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve warm or cold. It's very good with Cool Whip topping. |
