1 head cabbage, shredded
1/4 c. diced onion
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar, optional
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all the ingredients and chill. Keep covered.
