ORIENTAL CABBAGE SALAD 
1 lb. pkg. cabbage slaw mix
1 bunch green onions
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
1 c. cashews or slivered almonds
2 pkg. chicken Ramen soup mix
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sunflower nuts

In large bowl mix together cabbage, uncooked noodles (which have been broken up into pieces) and the onions (diced).

To make dressing: Mix sugar, oil, vinegar and packets of dry soup mixture together.

Pour dressing over salad 2 hours or more before serving. Add sunflower seeds and nuts just before serving.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
