CHEESE KUGEL 
12 oz. wide noodles
1/4 lb. cream cheese
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/2 c. sugar (or less depending on taste)
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream

Boil noodles and drain. Cream the cheese with 1/4 pound butter and the sugar. Add the eggs and sour cream. Fold mixture in with the noodles. Melt the rest of the shortening and add the crushed corn flakes to it. Put noodle mixture in a greased oblong pan. Place the corn flakes over the top of noodles. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cut in 2 inch squares to serve.
