BLACK RUSSIAN CAKE | |
1 (18 1/2 oz.) yellow cake mix 1 (4 1/8 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix 1 c. oil 4 eggs 1/4 c. vodka 1/4 c. kahlua 3/4 c. water GLAZE: 1/2 c. powdered sugar 2 tbsp. kahlua or as needed Combine all ingredients except glaze ingredients. Beat for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch Bundt pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. Cool on rack for 30 minutes. Remove from pan and glaze. For glaze: Blend kahlua into powdered sugar until smooth. Add a little more if needed for proper consistency. |
