MERRY CHRISTMAS IN JULY 
Jello - 1 pkg. each: lime, lemon & raspberry
1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 carton whipped cream
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Dissolve raspberry Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add 3/4 cup cold water. Put in mold to set. Put cream cheese in bowl until soft. Add 1 cup boiling water to lemon Jello to dissolve with cream cheese. Add 3/4 cup cold water and blend. Chill 10 minutes. Add whipped cream and put on top of first layer in mold. Chill 4 hours.

Dissolve lime Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add juice and cold water to equal 3/4 cup with pineapple. Put in lime Jello and blend. Chill for 4 hours and add to mold.

Put red Jello in mold if needed to fill. When set, turn out on plate and serve with food or whipped cream.
