MAGICAL CREAM PUFFS 
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sifted flour
2 eggs, room temperature

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In medium saucepan, heat milk, butter and salt to boiling. Add flour all at once, stirring until smooth. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Empty mixture into medium bowl.

Beat in eggs one at a time. blending thoroughly after each addition. Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes.

Without opening oven door, lower heat to 325 degrees and bake 20 minutes longer. Remove puffs to wire rack. When cool enough to handle, slit in half to allow steam to escape. Fill with cream filling.
