STIR FRY BEEF & PEA PODS | |
1/2 lb. lean beef or chicken, sliced thin & cut into bite-size pieces 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (4 oz.) 1 (6 oz.) pkg. LaChoy frozen pea pods 2 tbsp. cooking oil 1 tsp. salt MARINADE: 1 tbsp. wine 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tsp. cornstarch Marinate meat for 5 minutes. Heat oil. Add meat including marinade and saute over high heat until meat color changes. Add pea pods and mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve hot. |
