STEAK PIERRE 
2 lbs. ground beef
Bleu cheese, crumbled
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Flatten beef into 6 x 6 inch squares. Crumble bleu cheese on top. Roll and tuck to form little meatloaves. Place in oven proof dish. Pour soup over loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
