QUICK BROWN RICE | |
1 can Campbell's French onion soup 1 can Campbell's beef consomme soup 1/2 can water 2 c. Minute Maid rice 1 pat butter Combine the two soups in a saucepan. Add water and butter. Heat until the mixture begins to boil. Add rice. Stir with a fork. Remove from heat. Cover. Let sit about 10 - 15 minutes. Serves six. |
