CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 chicken cutlets
Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 c. white wine OR apple juice
1 stick butter, melted

Place chicken in greased baking dish. Place 1 slice of Swiss cheese over each piece of chicken. Mix soup with white wine or apple juice and pour over chicken and cheese. Mix stuffing. Mix with butter and spread on top. Bake in 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours uncovered.
