SIMON & GARFUNKLE CASSEROLE 
6 slices boned & skinned chicken breast
1 stick soft butter
1 tsp. each salt & pepper
6 slices mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 pkg. ham (Oscar Mayer)

1/2 c. bread crumbs (plain)
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 c. dry white wine

Pound breast. Spread each with soft butter. Season with salt and pepper. Wrap each piece of chicken with cheese slices and 1 slice of cooked boiled ham (packaged). Tuck ends under and secure with toothpick. Coat with flour. Dip in egg. Roll in crumb mixture. Place in greased casserole. Melt remaining butter and spoon over top. Bake 30 minutes. Add white wine and bake 20 more minutes (350 degrees).
