STRING BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans French style green beans, drained
1 can artichoke hearts, chopped (save 1/2 cup of juice)
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. oil (some olive)
1 c. cubed ham or bacon

Combine seasonings and alternate layers of beans and artichokes with crumbs and cheese mixture. Top with bacon or ham. Pour oil and artichoke juice over casserole. Allow to sit overnight if at all possible. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
