PORK CHOPS 'N YAMS 
6 pork chops
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. celery, chopped
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 can (16 oz.) yams or sweet potatoes, drained

Brown pork chops. Pour off fat. Stir in soup, 1/4 cup water, celery and seasonings. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until meat is tender. Add potatoes. Heat, stirring occasionally.

4 servings.
