Modified the recipe a bit; subsituted 3/4 cup apple spiced wine for water and used 1/2 c. sugar and 1/4 c. brown sugar and reduced honey to 1/4 cup plus added a diced apple. At the end of the baking time sauce was soupy so I removed the chops and added mixture to saucepan and reduced liquid on the stovetop. DH loved it. Will make again.
