PORK CHOPS HAWAIIAN 
4-6 lean pork chops, 1/2" thick
1 lb. applesauce
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/4 tsp. nutmeg (opt.)

Season and brown pork chops. Drain off drippings. Mix together applesauce, pineapple and nutmeg. Pour over chops. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes or until chops are tender.
