STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
6 thick pork chops (split)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
5 tbsp. onion, chopped
5 tbsp. raisins
1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp. butter
1 lg. apple, chopped
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2-3 tbsp. water

Season chops with salt and pepper. Saute onions and bread in butter. Add remaining ingredients until soft like stuffing. Stuff chops and fasten with toothpick. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Turn once during baking.
