1 c. sugar
1 c. white corn syrup
1 1/3 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips

Bring sugar and corn syrup to boil in saucepan. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and cereal. Pat into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt chips and spread on top. Let topping harden and cut into bars.
