BAKED FISH | |
Any filet fish, flounder, sole, cod, haddock, blue-allow 1 piece per serving (or more) In oil, saute enough sliced onion for amount of fish. Place fish in an oiled shallow pan. Sprinkle onions over. Top with tomatoes either fresh sliced or canned, no liquid. Sprinkle with herbs - basil, parsley and oregano. Bake in a 350 degree oven until done, about 20 to 25 minutes, just until fish flakes. |
