MACARONI SALAD 
3 c. cooked and chilled macaroni
1 c. celery, diced
1 1/2 c. frozen peas
1/2 c. shredded raw carrots
1 sm. jar pimientos, or 1 sm. red pepper, diced
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 sm. jar stuffed green olives, sliced

Pour boiling water over frozen peas in a sieve. Stir together all ingredients together except macaroni. Moisten to taste with mayonnaise. Toss lightly with the macaroni. Serves 12.
