BARBECUED MINI MEATLOAVES 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. horseradish

Mix together. Shape into mini loaves. Place in greased pan. Cover with barbecue sauce and bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for one hour.

BARBECUE SAUCE:

1/2 c. sugar
6 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dash of salt

Mix and pour over loaves.
