BEEF BURGUNDY 
4 lbs. beef cubes
2 cans mushroom soup
2 pkgs. Lipton onion soup mix
1 pkg. au jus gravy mix (prepare basic recipe per directions on pkg.)
1 1/2 c. cooking wine
1 jar sm. whole onions, do not drain
Fresh or canned mushrooms

Brown beef cubes, salt and pepper tightly. Place in 4 quart casserole. Add mushroom soup, onion soup mix, au jus gravy mix and cooking wine. Bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours. Serve over noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes. Serves 8 to 10.

Add onions and mushrooms about 1/4 hour before serving.
