CRANBERRY BUTTER 
1 c. cranberries
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick (1/2 c.) unsalted butter, softened & cubed
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Puree cranberries and powdered sugar. Add butter and blend. Finally add lemon juice and blend until smooth. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Keeps refrigerated. Use blender or food processor. Spread on toast, muffins, waffles...
