CRANBERRY CAKE WITH BUTTER SAUCE 
4 1/2 tbsp. butter
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
3 c. whole, raw cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients and put into a greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Serve cake with warm sauce.

SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. cream

Cook until bubbly. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla.
