Salad:

spinach leaves, torn
bacon bits
black olives, sliced
red onion, sliced

Toss with dressing and serve.

Special Dressing:

1 slice onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery salt or garlic salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 scant c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. oil

Blend all ingredients except oil in blender. Add oil and blend again. Shake before using.
