BEEF SOUP | |
1 can tomatoes 1 can succotash 1 can corn 1 box macaroni -- shells 1 lb. ground beef 1 lb. beef stew -- bone in 1 tbsp. salt 1 onion 1 container "soup starter" Place stew beef in 2 quarts water and boil for one hour. While this is being done, brown ground beef and drain. When one hour is up for the stew beef, add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil once again, then let simmer for 90 minutes. Serve while hot. This recipe will make 2 1/2 quarts of homemade beef soup. The remaining soup from lunch or dinner can be put in a container and frozen. |
