APPLE RASPBERRY CRUMBLE 
3 Granny Smith apples, peeled, sliced
Juice of 1 lemon
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. unsalted butter
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Arrange apples in buttered 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Drain raspberries. Sprinkle over apples. Mix flour and sugar in bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Add nutmeg. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Yield: 4 servings.
