MILK CHOCOLATE PIE 
1/4 lb. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Baked pie crust or Johnston's Redi-crust

(I use 1 packet of Nestle's Choco Bake liquid choco flavor)

Cream softened butter and sugar together. Add melted, cooled chocolate or Choco Bake packet; mix together. Add 1 egg and beat 5 minutes. Add second egg and beat additional 5 minute. Add vanilla; mix well.

Pour into pie crust. Refrigerate. When ready to serve, top with whipped topping and maraschino cherries if desired. Serves 8.
