2oz. unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
2 tbsp. hot water
2c. milk
1c. heavy cream
1/3c. sugar
2 tsp. instant coffee
2 tbsp. coffee flavored liqueur (opt)

In medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate and water till smooth. Gradually, stir in milk, heavy cream, sugar, coffee, & liqueur. Stir till sugar is dissolved and heated through.
