CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 chicken, boiled, deboned and cut up 1 1/2 c. chicken broth 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (16 oz. size) 1 stick butter 1 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. Bisquick Put cut up chicken in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Mix broth and soup and pour over chicken. Spread package frozen vegetables over chicken. Dot with stick of butter. Mix milk and Bisquick and pour over top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
