AUNT SALLY'S VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen Calif. blend vegetables 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 can cream of chicken-mushroom soup 2 slices bread 3/4 stick butter Spray casserole with Pam; break up vegetables in casserole. Cube cheese and sprinkle over vegetables. Cover vegetables with soup. Cube bread (about 1/2 inch cubes, no crust) and sprinkle on top. Melt butter and spoon over bread cubes, saturating them. Bake at 375 degrees, uncovered, until bread cubes are crisp. |
