CRUSTY BEEF, CHEESE, NOODLE
CASSEROLE
 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. noodles, cooked and drained
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup

Cook onion in oil until brown. Add meat, cook until brown. Add soup, noodles, most of cheese and meat in pan. Mix well. Pour into a lightly greased casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 1 hour, 325 degrees.
