MARINARA 
3 oz. olive oil
14 oz. tomato paste
14 oz. whole tomatoes
20 oz. water
2 tbsp. crushed garlic
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 sm. onion
14 oz. crushed tomatoes
1 tsp. sweet basil leaves
1 tsp. marjoram leaves
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 green pepper

Mince onion, pepper and mushrooms. Saute them together with all spices in olive oil. Crush whole tomatoes and add to spices. Add the canned, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste and water. Simmer, stirring frequently until sauce reduces and will not separate.
