CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Boil one whole chicken (or breasts if preferred) until good and tender. Remove from bone and place in dish to cool in refrigerator.

Mix one can of cream of chicken soup and one can of cream of celery soup (or one can of mushroom soup if preferred) with 1 cup of milk. Be sure it is mixed well.

In casserole dish, spread layer of chicken; cover with layer of Stove Top dressing or other herb dressing. Then pour over this the mixture of soups you have prepared. Repeat until all is used. Spread small amount of herb or Stove Top dressing on top of last layer. Brown lightly. Let stand an hour before serving.
