1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
3/4 c. Bisquick biscuit mix
1/4 c. Crisco or Mazola oil
1 egg

Mix all ingredients well and drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Other flavors of pudding may be used instead of lemon.
