1 box lemon cake mix with pudding (Pillsbury)
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix together and spoon on cookie sheet with a teaspoon. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 10-12 minutes until light brown on top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if you like. These are soft chewy cookies and good!
