CHERRY LEMON COOKIES 
3/4 c. biscuit mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
1/4 c. salad oil
1 egg
Confectioners' icing
Maraschino cherries

Mix first four ingredients until dough forms a ball. Shape into balls using 1 teaspoon of dough for each. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten to abut 2 inch with finger tips. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Yield about 2 1/2 to 3 dozen cookies. Daub with confectioners' icing and a bit of cherry.

ICING:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
Enough milk to make a spreading consistency
