CASSEROLED PORK CHOPS 
Pork chops
Little flour
Onion, chopped
Celery
Bovril (or 1 c. stock or water)
1 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. tomato paste
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Season and flour chops; brown in skillet or casserole. Chop onion and fry. Add curry powder, brown sugar, vinegar, tomato paste, Worcestershire, and stock. Chop celery and place over chops. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour. Good served with mashed potatoes.
