ONE DISH PORK CHOP DINNER 
8 chops, thin sliced
1 tbsp. butter
4 med. potatoes, cooked and sliced
2 med. onions, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. curry powder

Melt butter, brown chops 5 minutes. Saute onions. Combine salt, curry powder, soup and water. Layer potatoes, pork chops, onions. 2 quart casserole and cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 8.
