SAUSAGE AND EGG QUICHE 
1 deep dish pie shell
1 lb. sausage
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Bake pie shell for 7 minutes. Cook sausage and drain. Layer sausage and cheeses. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Serves 6.
