PASTA SALAD | |
1 lb. colored twisted pasta 1 tbsp. cooking oil 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sugar 1 c. vinegar 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 large onion, chopped 1 large bell pepper, chopped 2 stalks celery, chopped 2 carrots, grated Cook pasta according to directions. Add oil in water while cooking. Drain pasta and allow to cool. Mix and beat mayonnaise, milk, sugar and vinegar together. Add vegetables, salt and pepper. Mix together; then fold in cold pasta. |
