SAUSAGE STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 1/2 lbs. med. mushrooms
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Remove stems from mushrooms, chop stems. Set mushrooms and stems aside.

In skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until brown, put sausage on paper towel to drain. In 2 tablespoons of drippings, over medium heat, cook mushroom stems until tender, about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove skillet from heat. Stir in cheese, sausage and bread crumbs. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Fill mushrooms with sausage mixture. Place in baking dish and bake 15 minutes.
