SAUSAGE STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
2 pkgs. lg. mushrooms
2 (1 lb.) pkgs. hot Italian sausage (or 1 hot and 1 mild)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese (optional)

Clean and prepare mushroom caps for stuffing. Place on cookie sheet. Generously stuff each mushroom cap with uncooked sausage. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with cheese just before done and broil for 3 minutes or until brown.

Serves 10-12.
