SUNDAY BRUNCH 
6 eggs
2 c. milk
6 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. ground sausage
1 c. shredded cheese, or cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter, butter

Brown sausage and onion together; drain and cool. Beat eggs; add milk, salt, cheese and mustard. Fold in bread cubes and sausage. Put generous amount of butter in 9 x 18 inch casserole dish. Let set in refrigerator overnight.

Bake in 350°F oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Serves 7 - 8 people.
