SUNDAY SAUSAGE 
3 cups celery, chopped
1/2 large onion, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 large green pepper, chopped
3 cups rice, cooked
2 pkgs (4.2 oz) dehydrated chicken noodle soup
3 cups boiling water
1 lb. pork sausage
1 small jar pimentos
1/2 cup water chestnuts, sliced
1 stick butter

Cook rice as directed. (Note: 1 large bag of Success rice equals 3 cups cooked rice.) Prepare the celery, onions and green pepper. Sauté in butter, stirring constantly until slightly tender. Drain on paper towel. Add soup to boiling water and let stand. Brown sausage until redness is gone. Drain on paper towel. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Place in 9 x 13 casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Yield: 10 - 12 servings. Freezes well.
