THE DIFFERENT PECAN PIE | |
2 eggs 1 c. sugar 1/2 stick butter 1 tsp. vinegar 1/2 c. pecans Beat eggs and sugar together. Melt butter, cool slightly and add to egg mixture, mixing well. Stir in vinegar and pour into pie shell. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top. Bake at 300 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until pie is slightly browned. This pie freezes well and should not be reheated. |
