CHOCO - HOLICS DELIGHT 
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 sm. 3 oz. boxes chocolate pudding (not instant) or 1 lg. 6 oz. box
3 c. milk
1 more c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional
10 maraschino cherries, optional

Melt stick of butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Add flour and nuts. Mix and pat in pan to form crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip thoroughly with beater. Spread over cooled crust. Cook pudding mix and milk until thickened. Cool. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Chill the dessert. Before serving, spread extra Cool Whip on top and garnish with nuts and cherries.
