PIERCY HAM BALLS 
2 1/2 lb. ground smoked butt
2 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
3 eggs
3 c. crushed graham crackers
2 c. milk

SAUCE:

2 cans tomato soup
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. vinegar

Mix together ingredients for ham balls. Roll into large balls. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Mix together sauce ingredients. Cover meatballs with sauce and bake 1/2 hour longer. Can also be shaped into a loaf.
